As a certified Holistic Life Coach and Reiki practitioner, I bring over 30 years of experience in holistic health and wellness. My journey began 35 years ago, when I first began exploring spiritual workshops and practices on weekends, sensing that my true path lay beyond my career. This deeper connection to spirituality and self-discovery led me to pursue a more meaningful path in holistic health, ultimately guiding me to where I am today.

My coaching approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has an innate wisdom that guides their journey. Through thoughtful questions and support, I aim to help clients access this inner wisdom, uncover and overcome limiting beliefs, and foster personal growth.
